We came sooo close to punting during demo when the water issues kept going the whole length of it. Best decision was being stubborn and not giving up. We got her for free and I think we are about 6k in but will recover that in 3 seasons. Plus the motel was full of roaches last season so we were annoyed we didn’t get it done last summer. It’s so nice rolling out of bed in your own place right where you hunt. So cool!

Oh and the A/C and fridge work!!!
