Turkey vest recommendations

I'll probably use the pac rabbit frame I got here. I bought the turkey hunter bag attachment. The fold down seat being the main reason I'll carry it.

I've used the ALPS Impact. Fits my needs and it still looks quite new for 4 seasons under its belt.

If it wasn't $200 the tethrd really does looked like a rig that would fit my needs. Besides those two the only other vest I've used is the primos gen 2 and didn't care for it. I prefer a strap style vest

Alright. I can't keep my mouth shut about this keeping up with the Joneses mindset any longer...

After looking at Tetherd's turkey vest on their site, it's getting obvious some of you have more money than you know what to do with.

There is absolutely NOTHING to that strap vest with a thick waist belt that should cost more than $100. At the VERY most.

You're being suckered the same as those buying $200+ athletic shoes or a purse simply because of a brand name.

Come to your senses, people!

Made in America Fits like a glove Plenty of storage with hydration bag option I like it I’m sure I’m not the only one

You mean like ANY large outdoor company in the industry is doing right now? First light, sitka, kuiu, banded, drake, Avery, and tanglefree to name a few.

Sure. But this is overly blatant.

The great Tethrd Nation and The Hunting Public has spoken!

Don’t get me wrong, I love both these groups.
But they’re dropping quite a few notches with this play.

People get to like what they like and spend their money accordingly. Perhaps they keep the product longer or it works better for them.

I spend more on my running shoes because I know they last longer and I don’t have to take time off because my knee hurts.

I made fun of a high end deer cart recently; doesn’t mean people who bought it are suckers. Figure out what has value to you and go from there. Don’t worry about others. A whole bunch of folks think this site has enough value to be a member so it can keep
going as is, as free. You don’t. No one calls you out.

You have a quote of mine that proves this to be true?

If not. What’s your motive for the straw man.

Check out the Tom Teaser satchel. I ditched the vest when I got the satchel. I don't have one go to seat yet. I have tried so many.
tomteasers com. I have no affiliation just a product that works. I could never find a vest that fit right.

It's also real easy to piece a vest together with all military surplus stuff...except maybe the butt cushion. I had a separate stand alone cushion and zip tied to the vest

Picked up an LBT 6034-E for $20 locally to try and make a modular turkey vest. Worked surprisingly well.

TideWe has a couple of offerings. I've purchased a couple of items from them and was impressed at their quality for the money. https://www.tidewe.com/collections/turkey-vest
