Waldrop Packseat Ground Setup

That's a handy little setup....would certainly satisfy those situations when find you sign that simply can't be ignored and there's absolutely nowhere to climb. I'm definitely trying that with the pipe. You using 1" pvc?
 
very nice setup. You sold me on the killsuit - bought green and brown, and will make extensive use of them this season. That's a pretty nifty seat setup. Don't guess those legs telescope up or fold up so they don't hang below the waist do they? Might be a tricky deal on some rough terrain. Got my attention though
 
it adjusts up and down. the kill suits are awesome. They don't look like much out of the bag but when I take photographs either color or black-and-white out in nature it really does an effective job of breaking up your outline. I often word the darker green top with the Brown pants as I'm usually sitting in grass up against a Cedar.

I’ve had my Pacseat for about a decade-bought it from G Fred Asbell at the Tradbow Expo the first year it was available. About the only difference in my setup is that my diy ghillie is split up the back, and extends below my knees. I really like your pvc sticks, gonna definitely try that.

Nice video! I was one David's testers in late 90's when he started making these seats out of a pack frame! It immediately became my seat for Bowhunting turkeys without a blind. Couldnt have accomplished my Archery Royal and Grand Slams without this rock solid and versatile seat. I have also taken many a nap in mine too!! David is top notch guy and excellent traditional bowhunter
 
@DaveT1963 I just got my pacseat in the mail. As advertised. I cannot wait to get in the switchcane thickets and crp with this thing and a killsuit. For now, I'm watching LSU beat auburn with a cold beer - my recliner's jealous.

I’m an Aggie.... so I never stand a chance.

Good news is, I can never be called a good weather fan. We haven’t had but 1 good season in my lifetime, but I ain’t changing my allegiance.

Aggies will be fine now that they put the coin into a good coach.

Man, this seat has me fired up. Think I'm gonna take part in @Nutterbuster squirrel challenge with this and a ghillie a fair amount this year. Team 5 please don't be mad at me, but I'm going to spend some real time on the ground. I wonder if red will count the kill if I just wear my saddle while sitting in the pacseat...

@DaveT1963 What color killsuit would you recommend for ground hunting in Pa/NY?

It is mainly green early in the season and brown later on. I don't want to buy both and it's hard to determine what they look like in person when viewing pictures on a laptop. Which color do you think would be more universal?
