I’m new as well. Got about 6-7 hunts in my Mantis. I love it. Just can’t beat saddle hunting. I have been addicted to practice in the back yard trying to hone in my system. Especially the climbing method. I’ve got hawk helium mod sticks I like. I have spurs and am now playing with Ez- Kut drill with bolts. I really like the drill and bolts right now but they all have different perks. What system are you gonna be trying?

I ordered 4 lone wolf climbing sticks, after research i figured they would be best for me.

I`ve been using Muddy Pro`s since way back so my time has been spent at height practicing. I do a couple sits a week out in back of my house. Saddle hunting is new to me also . I`m doing almost all my sits at dusk and dawn and as some wise saddle hunter once said I plan on practicing until I can`t make any mistakes.

Several of us TX boys on here - welcome to the "dark side" glad you took the "red pill."

i'm not going to hold that against you.
lol is what it is! i travel at least 2 hours to where i deer hunt public land and 6 hrs to where my lease is, however we can shoot ducks off the back porch!
