I’m braising some whole venison shanks in homemade Adobada sauce for dinner tonight.
Just 5 or 6 more hours....

Did a butt on the Egg Monday! Ate half of it sitting on the counter before I realized what happened. Made pulled pork tacos last night with it. Ate the last of the leftovers with eggs this morning for breakfast.

Kept the egg at 275 for 6 hours (small butt only 5lbs). So easy so good.

Used a traeger rub, not bad.
