Where the skys are so blue!
So I ordered a 10 pack of steps and an aider Thursday. Immediately received a confirmation email, but no tracking number. I've emailed the customer service address twice and called and left a message today trying to find out an ETA on shipping, but haven't received a response.

I won't lie, I'm a little nervous now. When I ordered my Kestrel there was a delay, but the folks at New Tribe were very easy to get in touch with and professional. I understand that Wild Edge is a small business, so I'm going to assume the best. Not trying to knock anybody or stir anything up. Just eager to get my goodies!

For those of you who have ordered steps, how long did it take you to get them? Season goes out February 10 down here. Any chance of getting them in time to hunt?

No worries. They were a little slower over holiday (bought the shoulder strap) but got my Stepps in August in a week

Usually within a week. You don't have to worry though. They are a stand up company.

Just received an email apologizing for the delay getting back to me and confirming a shipping date. Very polite and professional.
Good news. Sure hope you like your Stepps.

I want to bite the bullet and just order, but I keep holding off. I sure wish a nearby friend had a couple of Stepps I could play with to see if it is really what I want. Anyone in the East Tennessee area?

When I first ordered I called and I had them within three days the next time I ordered I did it online and it took a little longer to get them I think it was about a week. But he will get them to you there's no problem with that so don't worry.

They just shipped Friday. Estimated delivery date is this Wednesday. 2 weeks seems a tad slow, but it gives me time to hunt the last 3 weeks of season. I'm psyched. I have a few places I have to access with chest waders and maneuvering sticks through the briars in knee deep mud is a pain. Looking forward to chucking everything in a pack.
