Your favorite saddle for SRT and DRT

The Cruzr XC will give you every bit of comfort the OG Flex did. I own both and its hard to tell the difference.

I have a Cruzr XC I got off the classifieds and I respectfully disagree with that statement. The mesh Cruzr uses is very stout. I get comfort leaning but after about 30 minutes sitting I get a lot of pressure on my thighs and hips. Extend the pleat and it pulls your legs in causing a burrito effect. It’s not an uncomfortable saddle to me, but it wasn’t as comfy as the old flex I used or the Kite, in my opinion. I like the amsteel bridge with the prusiks that come with the Cruzr better. But those buckles and thin waiste belt webbing didn’t stay very tight, so I give the edge to aerohunter there.I also like the linesman loops on the aerohunter saddles better. But everyone is different.

Frankly, if aerohunter hadn't changed their design I would have bought one of their saddles brand new, without question.

Is the Cruzr made as well? Its hard to judge any of these things without seeing and feeling them.

Yea the stitching is pretty good. The design is nice. The pleat is large (if you get the XC). It has a couple nice features like the amsteel adjustable bridge and reinforced linesman loops, and a second row of mollies if you plan on attaching more than 6 or 8 items to your saddle, that’s a great feature. The mesh is very thick and does not stretch. I would buy it over most saddles out on the market now, but if aerohunter still made the original flex or the kite, they would get my money instead.
