These were really simple. My wife made a balsamic vinegar garlic brown sugar marinade, then I grilled them.

That looks a lot better than the tag I had to eat from last season....
Hahaha. I got a great recipe for those too. God knows I've eaten enough of them. I've found that premier tags like an $600 elk tag make the best meals...That looks a lot better than the tag I had to eat from last season....
