I went by two stores looking for the pals/Molle straps. Interestingly of the stores I went too, they had military packs/Pals/Molly systems but did not have the straps. I ordered on line from good old Amazon

How exciting could it really be? Are you sending the sys hauler and micro fit adjuster with every order so people don’t have to choose?
