Yeah what he said. I'll say one is for the seat warmer and one is for the leg straps. I think @bigjoe's fantasy of a Kegerator coming with the Mantis are just that, fantasy.

Looking at the first picture one of them has to be for the microfit Adjusters and I don't know what the second loop would be for, if not for the heater. Maybe it's a super small Loop pouch to put a pod of milkweed in.
