Ordered on oct 7th got a platform late nov but no saddle changed from lg to xl late in the ordering process so still waiting getting antsy though worried something has happened with the company since no word from them in a few weeks

Ordered medium kit Aug 29, kinda been a while. I emailed them last week, they said that they expected them to be in last week but for sure this week. I hope so, I’m ready to get this thing in a tree.

I’m not in any hurry but wouldn’t it be easier to use your media platforms to let people know what’s going on.
That seems to be the complaint from everyone is communicating the delays.
Just my thoughts

I ordered a large on 30 Nov before becoming a member of the forum. Had no idea they were that far behind. Glad I still have my TL. Looking forward to using a new saddle on my hunt two weeks from now in Kentucky.

Here’s the deal Tethrd. I believe most folks could stand the wait if we got weekly updates that were factual and not fluff. It’s the being left in the dark that hurts a companies customer service reputation and drives customers away. Communication with your customers is key to a well run company that offers products or services
