Hey all! I live in Rogers and will be hunting public land this year.
I got interested in saddle hunting when I first got into hunting about 8 years ago. I don't remember finding very many manufacturers, so I kind of gave up on the idea and got a climbing stand. Recently I stumbled across a YouTube channel where they were talking to a couple of guys who make and sell them so I got interested. I'm glad to see so many options. I just ordered one, and while it's pretty close to the start of bow season in AR, I will be practicing with it and hope to harvest a deer and make my investment "worth it" soon! I do still need to find some climbing devices. Right now I'm leaning toward the Wild Edge steps, but haven't decided on anything yet.
I got into hunting as an adult and have taught myself everything I know, so I am looking forward to learning more.
