Yea I know i need to lose about 40-50.
im working on it. At least trying lol
My problem is sweat. Its so gross
Man i sweat awful snd it gets to be just embarrassing.
especially my head. At work especially during the warmer months i need to carry a towel around to keep drying my head off.
its so annoying. anyone else have this problem?
no diabeties, no meds, no supplements.
crazy how much i just sweat with very little activity

I think it just varies from individual to individual. I'm 150 pounds and when it's hot and especially humid (Mississippi summertime) I sweat a good bit. If I know I'm going to be out somewhere where I don't want to look sweaty, I wear a white shirt, usually a polo style short sleeve. Dark colors will show sweat much faster and also white is the coolest color to wear in the sun.

You just have an efficient cooling system lol. Not much you can do except cut back on spicy foods which effects head sweat, cut back on alcohol and caffeine, drinks lots of water. Unless you have hyperhidrosis not much else you can do.

When I’m working or working out I sweat profusely, otherwise I would say I’m “normal” My brother in law has a similar sweating issue, he just brings an extra t shirt or two and carries some of those disposable refreshening whipes with him. But I get it, when I’m working my t shirts get complete saturated front back the whole 9 yards. I’d be more concerned if you stopped.

You may think it's gross but at the gym no one cares and if they do that's their problem. I am not ever going to be confused with a male fitness model matter of fact I am eating a plate full of donuts right now. But I work hard at the gym to the point that people way younger will stop and ask what I am training for. Hunting is never the answer they expect. Hopefully they think that much effort is required to be a hunter and if they do I have done my part to help the overcrowding issue. Seriously though, take care of you and if it bother's someone else, they can get glad in them same britches they got mad in.

I don't think people in general have a big problem with sweating if the weather is hot. It's strong body odor people have a hard time with and if you wear deodorant and bathe daily that should not be an issue. If you're working outside in the summer and not sweaty you will look suspicious and your boss will think you have found a cool place to nap, lol.

Like BTaylor said, sweating at the gym is expected, just don't leave a puddle on the weight bench when you are done, and nobody cares.

Florida man here....if not working I wear the long sleeve dryfit type material shirt that isn't muscle man tight but not super baggy..u want skin contact so the material can absorb and "wick away"....shorts sometimes but mostly same type of pants same as the shirt...some kind of wicking quick dry material.
If there is an outside task.. those fishing neck gaiters things are used either in the dorag position or folded like a sweat band and a large brim hat.
I am going to sweat no matter what I do so getting the moisture absorbed and "wicked" is the main goal to keeping cool..keep ur hair cut short and thinned if u a mop head. Drink lots off water

i'd be cautious of the sweatblock products, i knew a kid that clogged up his pores with antiperspirants in HS and had to stop using anything for a month or two, it wasn't pleasant for him or anyone. i also find myself sweating quite a bit, particularly with the humidity we can get here.

what do you do for work, do you have a chance to dip into the bathroom and undress a bit in a stall to air out every once in a while? for me sweating at work (office environment, used to be suit, now more slacks and dress shirt) is one of those things where if i stress about it, it happens more, so mainly i just try to block it out and focus on tasks one at a time to not get in my head and sweat about sweating.

if you work at a desk, can you put a small fan somewhere?
try out clothes that are natural fibers - linen and bamboo and stuff like that - i'm a bit out of my element here but i've been told they're more breathable than the standard cotton/poly clothes most of us wear
ice water - constantly drinking will help regulate your temp as well as hydrate
