What vanes are you shooting?

I’ve used Zingers the past couple of seasons. More expensive than Blazers but you don’t have to deal with glue. Only issue I’ve had is a couple have torn.

I was shooting AAE max hunters, but felt that they were pretty loud. Switched to AAE hybrids: 3 fletch, R helical with a Bitzenberger jig. Quiet and they fly great

Sooo....which vanes are not made in America? I don't care about the POTUS mistake.

Getting back to the OP - I went with 2.75 Tac Vanes. Now to decide 3 or 4 vane with a Maasai upfront?

I've been shooting Blazer 2", but used Heat vanes also. I use a Bohning Pro Class jig to build mine out, but the Bitzenburger just looks so much nicer, and like it would fletch so much better. This fletching jigs article talks about how high quality the Bitzenburger is, and I know a lot of pros use it. I know this isn't the main topic of this thread, but has anyone used a Bitzenburger jig for their vanes?

I'm experimenting with 4-fletch Gateway Razor feathers. Too soon to tell what my opinion is. We'll see what I wind up settling on.

I put 3 rayzrs on an arrow vs 3 rapt-x. Shot pretty similar according to my sight. Too soon to tell here too.

@alex_sebh , I can't speak for anyone but I know there are definitely guys here using the bitz to fletch. I don't have one, I'm going to try the Phoenix from OMP , the style just suits me ( hopefully lol). Do you have specific questions or concerns?

I shoot whatever vanes come on the bulk bin arrows I buy.

I get the tweaking, and I do my own with other things, but my arrows go where I want them so why change?
