October 1st for regular archery here in Indiana. We have some urban zones that open middle of September but for most of us it's October 1st.

The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

Hey Team 2, Sorry I've been AWOL. Life got in the way and has kept me out of the woods, but things are mostly stable for now. Should be back in the woods and on the forum in the morning. It's good to be back.

Anyone have a target deer this year? It’s pretty slim pickings here with the limited public ground…but have seen a couple and I know they survived after all seasons from last year.

Been watching this guy for a couple years now.
Those are all nice looking. I stopped running cameras long ago. I mostly hunt on a Military Installation, so I never know until the day of what area will be open so trying to pattern specific deer is frustrating.
Spent the last 2 days scouting/hunting an area I've been looking at on the map. It was open and the wind was right. Old browse and droppings and difficult to navigate. Maybe after the "orange army" comes through it will change, but all I saw was a turkey and about 100 "chicken of the trees". Taking today off to adjust some things on my saddle that I liked before that are not working anymore, mostly pouches and what's in them, then back out on Friday.
If I'm not back on before then, Good luck for those with a 1 Oct opening.

Hey, guys! I’ve not been on the forum much as of late. My wife and I just had our son in May, so I’ve been getting adjusted to the dad life! I have a few trips planned for Kentucky and Indiana around the first of Nov. Fingers crossed I can help us get some points on the board!
