    Yes, its just an aluminum crutch with the end cut of and metal spring clip removed. Drilled holes out bigger for a pin to adjust length if need be. The actual seat portion is aluminum partial piece of a climbing treestand. Crutch is bolted underneath.

    Summit (Lone Wolf) - Climber & Platform?

    Best to stay away from lone wolf I understand because top platform was not designed to be used as a bottom portion. I myself use either my api climber platform or cut down mini Loggy bayou platform. They both have nice stiff cable designs which are better than the lone wolf for platform climbing.

    Yes Paul that is definitely true, sitting in saddle and or bosuns chair/jx3 is more comfortable. I currently have a adjustable stand off to keep me away from the tree at hunting height also. Also, have have my gear bags strapped to the sides of my seat with zippers so everything gear/climbing...
