    Doubled up sitdrag

whats wrong with a sit drag? I use mine with a REI climbing belt. I attached a 4" loop of rope to stop the sit drag from falling. Works perfect, light weight, inexpensive and comfortable.

    The Perch

That may be the case, I just watched a couple You Tube videos on knot tying. I believe I sometimes get it wrong. More practice...

    The Perch

I never heard about stretching the ropes, with that said I received my steps back in May, I've been up at least 30 tree's since then. I would think my ropes have stretched by now, if not pleased advise. Also anyone having issues un-tieing the knot? Sometimes it's a rear fight to get the knot...

    Sit Drag Ideas

If I use the SD to lean then it is located just above my RCH and there is no problem. Mobile climbing methods public land

There's definitely a learnig curve to Wild Edge Steps and they are compact, The Lone Wolf sticks are a lot faster and easier to master, they are also longer. They are either too high or too low when attached to your backpack. For a lighter more compact system...IMO Wild Edge steps are awesome...
