    Blitzing my first trad arrow

    You might need to sand the feathers first, also with the feather in the clamp adjust the offset until the feather sits flat or the best you can get. I also put a drop of glue on the leading edge after and it work fine.

    Daniel Boone state forest is in the middle of the three cities you mentioned. Start looking at maps and get out and look around. Turkey season is a few months away and is a good opportunity to cover lots of ground and scout.

    Make the fold up seat cloth with a metal tube as the frame. I had several hang on stands that are this way.

    209 primers

    I was in a Basspro last week getting a knife and when I paid for it a the gun counter in noticed they had lots of 209 primers so I said give me a box. I think they were $7.99

    Use your sling to stabilize your rifle. Weak side shots can be made if you can stand on the side of your platform.

    I would convert a summit seat for a near the same price and not that much weight. You would not have to deal with the pins either, it looks like if one of the pins near the tree that sets the angle come loose they will drop out but the tree strap you are good not sure why they are inserted...

    tired of getting lost

    I try to take a compass reading when I get out of my truck to make sure what direction the road is. I will then know if I walk in east that if I stay going west I will hit road then can make my way back to my truck. If the compass is spinning or flipping on your gps it will only read correct...
