    Alaska guide creations and using a bino harness in the saddle

    I wore my marsupial harness all year in my saddle with no issues. After using a harness out west it gives me to many advantages not to use it back east in the big woods. I like having a select few items on my chest at all times. I set my tether around forehead high and haven't ran in to any issues.

    I soaked mine in dawn dish washing liquid, gave them a little scrubbing and then laid them out to dry. It didnt completely get all the residue off but did pretty good. Just take a walmart bag or something with you for when you pull your bolts out. It will make a mess in your pack if you dont.

    What range finder do you use and how do you like it.

    Leupold 1200i tbr. I use it year around for archery tournaments and hunting both. Its stood the test of time and has been a great piece of equipment. I would also recommend the Nikon 3i or 7i. Me personally I like the reticle in the range finder to be red. Its much better for low light conditions.

    Most Efficient Way Up a Tree

    I think im going to add a 5 step aider and lose a stick. I use 4 LW sticks right now. Ill hange the first stick, climb up and hang the second stick and attach the aider. Then climb back down and pull my first stick, then take the other two sticks up the tree with me. Takes a little more effort...
