    I only carry two shortening helium sticks, but I don't see any reason why these wouldn't carry regular size sticks. In fact I have no doubt that I could carry anywhere from 6 to 9 of these sticks in this pack. It holds a decent amount of gear, in fact the image on top is everything that I carry...
