The SH Membership has gone live. Only SH Members have access to post in the classifieds. All members can view the classifieds. Starting in 2020 only SH Members will be admitted to the annual hunting contest. Current members will need to follow these steps to upgrade: 1. Click on your username 2. Click on Account upgrades 3. Choose SH Member and purchase.

I have been hunting since 1973. I enjoy all forms of archery from traditional to compound bow and have recently purchased a crossbow for those times that my shoulder starts to give me grief. I prefer using my compound bow since I feel I am much more consistent with it but do shoot recurve quite a bit. I have built a few wood bows that actual shoot quite well. The limitations of using a ladder stand coupled with back issues, has made me decide to give saddle hunting a try. I have been practicing on trees on my property and I am starting to feel more comfortable each time.
