    Bowtuneschool.com

I agree with Jay and mostly what shop B is telling you. Need more specs on ur set up. Draw length, poundage, type of release, sounds like you're shooting a compound. No way I would shoot a 600 spine arrow out of a compound.I don't care how short you cut arrows. D loops are pretty much standard...

    Bowtuneschool.com

I just jumped head first down the bow tuning rabbit hole and learned a lot in the last few months. So much free content out there. 300 would almost get you an ez green press. I have a mathews vertix and have totally redone everything. The bow shops around me invest zero time in tuning a bow. I...

What to do with my 97 castration bands??

You put them over the loops to the post that way the loops don't slide off so easy and on the loop of my tether to keep it from sliding down tree if it loses tension. Thought there might be some other ideas out there I'm missing.

    Replacement Kestrel Flex

I just spoke with AH and all I can say is what a great company that stands behind what they make. I bought a flex on launch day and told them that. And basically within 5 minutes they set me up with a confirmation number and all I needed to do was box up my saddle and leave it on the porch for...

"The official saddle hunting backpack thread"

So this may be a dumb question. I have the same kuiu pack with the 2200 bag. It's an awesome pack. Just dove into the saddle hunting. What are you doing with the pack in the tree? Seems like a large pack to keep out of the way in the tree. Are you climbing with the pack on or pulling it up after...

    Help with Sitka purchases

I'd have to agree with above statements about anything Merino. I used first lite products out west this year and was impressed. It wicks any sweat and dries quickly, warm for it's weight, and truly did not stink after 9 days of sweating in the mid day and not showering. I really wouldn't believe...

    Big Jim Quiver?

It is!! I originally put a deposit down for a buffalo but after talking with Jim at Denton Hill I saw the monarchs and talked to him and his right hand man, preacher, I changed my mind. I really wanted to shoot them that day but I had a couple fractured vertebrae at the time and in a C-collar...

    Big Jim Quiver?

I have a mountain monarch from Big Jim and quiver and couldn't be happier with everything. I met Jim at the Denton Hill shoot. Super nice guy. He talked to me for almost an hour. He was very busy and still took his time with me talking about wood selection and how his bows were made. The wait...
