    I'm Torn

If safety is primary concern, agree with @BackSpasm that it is a non-issue. I'm 63, in excellent shape, but moved to saddle from tree stands because of safety factor. Having said that, and as others have mentioned, there are other factors involved with safety besides the saddle itself, e.g...

Wisconsin SaddleHunter Meetup - Rescheduled for August 22nd

Due to individuals who may still be concerned with COVID, #1 doesn't seem to be a "healthy" option. We already have video of saddle options, climbing methods, etc., so I don't see much value in a virtual meetup. Seems like a waste of your precious time and effort @ofor. My vote is #2. Let's...

A short description and price of every available saddle

WI is holding a saddle meet and greet in June (unless postponed due to Covid19). The recon is supposed to be there for trying out. I'll let you know my impressions afterwards. There's supposed to be almost the entire gamut of saddles there, so I hope to try them all out, lol.

Appreciate the reply and agree that the right fit depends on key variables. Personally, I'm leaning so far on getting 2 saddles which I think will meet all my hunting variables. The JX3 and the treehopper recon. Once you try out the recon, let me know your thoughts please.

Hey buddy, I've seen your posts all over the place on this forum. Not to puff you up too much, but it appears you have a wealth of experience with saddle hunting that might be worth sharing. Specifically, would you give some thought to posting on your personal experience with the various...

Wild Edge Climb 7 ft. Per Step

That sounds interesting. I'm having a little difficulty visualizing your right side set up with xtra long swaider and knaider. You'd have both stirrups of swaider and knaider on your right foot, correct? Any chance of getting some pics/video of the process?

@mtsrunner, I'm intrigued with your loop alien tutorial video. 2 q's if you don't mind: 1) Do you adjust the loop alien on the rope depending on the size/diameter of the tree you intend to climb so you have a more ideal position from which to create the "truckers hitch"? I can't get my head...
