You can’t legally hunt kangaroos. Farmers are able to get a cull permit for a certain number of kangaroos, that all depends on the size of their property and the number of kangaroos sighted on there by a wildlife officer. -

That is true, they were/are real. There are reports of sightings now and again, sometimes pictures are taken of an animal but the pics are always blurred and indistinguishable. It would be cool if they were still alive and in good numbers as they are a fascinating animal. -
