    Thanks KYHunter. If i have 4 sticks i attach the first as usual to the tree. Then i clip 2 steps to my saddle and hold onto the 4th. After i climb up the first one i attach the second to the tree and then I'm set for the third and final stick. I don't see many other ways to do it besides this...

    Im wanting to see how you all climb a tree with out coming back down with sticks? I personally climb with 3 Hawk sticks. I set the first stick on the tree and clip the other 2 on small clips on either side of my Kestrel. This allows me to go up one time and done. Im wanting to see another ways...
