Thanks for the info and positivity. Just left at 1230. I did two laps going from shot to where blood just about stopped. A drop or two here and there and just tried following his tracks. It's possible he could've looped back into the little cypress strip where I was having trouble finding blood... -

Tracked over creek bed and about 150 yards. Crossed a slough. Blood still looks solid. Didn't have to get down on hands and knees. Jumped him at 40 yards heading north. I'm sitting down again for a few hours. Not feeling great but staying positive. Fixed blade 1.25" single bevel may be helping... -
