    I try to get an advantage by setting up camp next to the hiding area, but that doesn’t seem to be working out for me. I had a great time as usual and really appreciate the efforts from everyone who makes this happen. I’m looking forward to future meetups with great people.

    I’ve seen JRB and another person that I can’t remember right now using some boat rope for climbing. I’m curious if anyone has tried any of those and what your thoughts are? Do those ropes have the same characteristics as climbing rope?

    I seen a video Greg Staggs made about his one sticking gear and he mentioned canyon elite and how subtle it is. Do you guys like a stiffer or more subtle rope for your tether. I’ve only used some cheap China climbing rope(stiff) and honestly it’s still in good shape, but I’m curious about other...

    I don’t recall where I seen it. It was a while back. My bridge and belt oplux and as well. I don’t like my bridge looks after one season and that’s just sliding through the carabiner. There may not be a strength issue, but I’d like to try something else there a better option.

    I’m looking to replace my ropes soon. I don’t want to pay for manufactured tether and lineman’s rope. My question is what type of rope are you guys using now? I’ve seen that the oplux gets worn out fairly quickly, so I’m wondering if there’s a better option?
