    Cooked what I thought was venison roday. Lol Grabbed a small, what o thought, deer roast out of the freezer today. Put it straight into the sous vide cooker at 140 for 3 hours. Then seared it the cast iron skillet with some seasoning. Turned out it was beaver backstrap. Mmmmm mmmmmm
