    1” punch with a 1 1/8” bottom die worked well to give plenty of tread. A little unravel with a few burs that I will have to knock down, but overall great result. Also warped the plate slightly but again that a non-issue and will straighten it out a little when I bend the lip.

    That is awesome! I considered buying an ambush to modify but that defeated my cost saving goal, and I can get the aluminum I need for my platform at scrap value so hard to beat that. Did you find the small lot to be ample?
