    Agreed! Bridge length is key. So far I am 18 days in at logging all my food on Myfitnesspal. I think its helped make me more aware of the crap and amount of food I am eating. Drive some better choices. I haven't weighted myself yet but it's a start. 250 was high school for me too. Good luck...
