Va.Hunter
I grew up in a small farming town on the coast of Virginia were we pretty much lived off the land. I learned at an early age to hunt, trap and fish. We were common folks, not poor but just one pay check away from it. At 18 I got out of there, went to school and became a photojournalist. A life spent on the road telling stories about people in this great country of ours. I'm the proud winner of the Edward R. Murrow award for video/photography excellence and an Emmy award for the story “The Long Road Home” about the America’s Routes project. I'm retired now and have joined the hunting circles after a long separation, this time as a bow hunter. Now at 63 I'm taking up saddle hunting and I've never felt this content in the woods. Looking forward to meeting and learning from all of you.
