Look, their return policy was clear. No returning fishnet thermals after trying them on LOL.just not fond of their customer service.
Just an observation.....he had rubber boots on. So u got 100 bucks at least in boot then another hundred in wader.....or 130 for rubber boot with a wader built in with tingly/Yoder combo
If u liked to wear hikers and lived in an area that u didn't encounter water very often those look pretty sweet
I don't know about ros but I have put 15 miles in a day with mine.i worry the Tingley's aren't comfortable for ROS sits nor busting long miles.
nope it wasn't a bad day that's their customer service department. they are all mad at the world. Every person I have talked to there is rude. From my order to my return, I talked to several people, and they all were horrible customer service reps. I dont need to spend my money with them and I wont.I broke down and bought a set about 2 months ago. I haven't used them yet but I can tell I will once deer season gets here. The area I started hunting last fall has very variable water levels. Sometimes it is bone dry and sometimes you need an airboat, lol. Last fall I hunted several times in some hip boots I have. The problem is that the boot portion is on the cheap and flimsy side and my feet were killing me the next day. I have two sets of chest waders and the light weight ones are noisy like trying to wear a big mylar balloon and the heavy ones are very hot. If it is over 30 degrees, you will just about have a heat stroke in them. There are a lot of instances where rubber boots will almost do but they just won't cut it. I don't want to wear hip boots the whole time and I don't want to lug around an extra pair just to change into and back out of crossing a slough. These seem like a light weight solution to an occasional but substantial problem where I hunt now.
These seemed to be just the ticket. Time will tell. I will say that the guy I talked to on the phone when I called to order them was gruff, like he had to throw down a roll of toilet paper and run to the phone. I mean if you don't want to talk to a customer, don't put a phone number on the website. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day, but it made a poor impression none the less.
Wow, that's crazy. I've worked with the public before, and you get tired of it for sure but when the phone rings you just have to fake it sometimes. Being rude to potential customers is not a good business model.nope it wasn't a bad day that's their customer service department. they are all mad at the world.
