Type II fun as it’s been referred to, is different in that once you break down physically, mentally you will collapse......so I started two days ago in prep. Lifted Monday, biked yesterday, ran this morning. I need to nail down the diet, add ten #’s of muscle, and drink half as many beers. I know I won’t be perfect, but I already know what’s possible in the coming months.
