2024 Gear thread

I'm glad some one said it, @Dope on a Rope (and @GeoFish ), there is more to a shot than the broadhead. Sharp sticks and rocks got the job done for quite some time, didn't they? Lol

I'm happy for those you of who are good at sharpening stuff. If my head gets wasted on an animal, oh well. Get another one out. And I don't cry if it does like I might an IW, lol.

That's why I like a 3 blade head with no weird angles. So easy to sharpen, a GeoFish can do it.
Yep I also love 3 blades. My bishops have a mirror finish

These also mess people up sometimes because of the perceived sharpness. You will never ever shave hair on that blunt 60° angle. Not gunna happen. The best way to tell if you're ready to go is a simple nail test. If the blade instantly stops when hitting your nail and doesnt skid across it go hunting.

I lost an Iron Will on a bear last year somehow on a straight down shot. My scream at the thought of it gone was exactly like this
