Activated carbon powder ?

There was a thread on here a while back with bass boy and some others who use act carbon powder. I tried to locate what I had bought in the past and it's no lo gre available. Anyone still using this have a link? Link for zeolite?

So activated charcoal and carbon are same thing?
Yes and no. Charcoal contains carbon and releases it when burnt, but also oxygen and nitrogen. This stuff is the carbon byproduct of combusted coconut. In the particular application of scent control (or ultimately hygiene, as you’re dealing with bacteria control when you’re trying “scent” control), the terms are often used interchangeably. I’m no chemist, but in the case of how the products are actually labeled for consumers, it’s referring to the same product. That’s my cursory understanding based on my own digging.

Agree with above that BassBoys is the resident expert - trust what he says in these threads.

You also mentioned zeolite which is not the same as activated charcoal - according to a forum conversation I had with BassBoys it works but not as well as activated charcoal. I have used both and unscientifically agree with BB, but zeolite is a LOT less messy so I tend to use that more often these days.
