Aero Hunter

Just pulled the trigger on the Aero Hunter. Wish me luck.

Practice get it set for you. Get your weight evenly distributed in the saddle and then you will like it. I commonly see people give up on it after only a few sits

x2. This is the most common reason people don't like saddle hunting. They never give it enough of a chance. It may take 5 or 6 hunts in it to start to get your system dialed in. Spend as much time as you can practicing in it and adjusting it before the season and it will pay off.

I plan to. Having had some experience with the Tree Saddle I kinda know what to expect. I hunted from dark to dark in it several times. The only real discomfort I had was my knees against the tree. I never tried knee pads. Any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated.

You won't be disappointed... great saddle. Very well made, and very comfortable once dialed in just right...

Knee pads take care of knee soreness, and some guys attach a pad to the tree to rest their knees adainst.

I sat in mine yesterday from 6:30 am until 5:30 pm. Best sit I've had in it. Was very comfortable and had to do minor adjustments.

I have used a fanny pack with a piece of carpet pad inside. I like it better than knee pads as I still get the use of the pack to carry my goodies in .
