Aero Kestrel Shipping ?

I ordered a kestrel on August 4th and I got it on September 17th. They shipped on the exact day they quoted me on August 4th. If you call them they will tell you how long the wait will be.

It was worth the wait. I love it.
 
I ordered a Kestrel on September 4 and was told it would ship on or before October 19. I called back on September 14 to change order from Kestrel to Kite. Debbie at Aero Hunter changed my order and told me that my delivery date would still be October 19.
 
I had the exact same experience. Great customer service there at AeroHunter and Debbie is very helpful and responsive.
 
Yeah Debbie was awesome to deal with when I got my kite. I was one of the original pre-orders and I called to check in and she told me exactly what day it would ship on. I got the email that day and it arrived three days later. ;)
 
I agree with you guys. Debbie is so nice. I know she has beared the brunt of the interactions with customers over the past year plus since the release of the kestrel. Casey (@1saddleguy) is one of the designers and he's a great guy too. He comes on here once in a while and will chime in with some great thoughts.
 
I don’t know that any body talked me into saddle hunting but watching someone use a saddle And climbing into the saddle definitely opened my eyes to all the possibilities.
