Aluminum sticks my way

So I started off by designing these in my CAM system at work and set out to machine them this weekend.Right off the bat after machining the cleat I know I’d have a issue with them.......but I decided to make a set to really get the feel for them anyways and also for trial and error because why not.My next change will Be machine a versa button and revamp the cleat.Going to add some more material by 1/4 and also add another tooth.But I’d say that my teeth grip pretty good,need to try them on different size trees and also smoothbark once I make the new cleats

I don't have a scale but I'd say 1 1/2 pounds by guessing. nce I get the changes made I will weigh them
