I was watching Boudreaux's videos on YouTube and it looks like the aero hunter is a nicer saddle than my ambush saddle. I would like to hear from anybody that has experience with the aero hunter. Even better if you had previous experience with a trophy line saddle. That means you Boudreaux. :p

P.S. If I decide to sell my Ambush saddle, what do you guys think it is worth?

I have an Aero hunter. It is first class as far as quality and I've spent between 150-200 hours hunting out of it. I experimented with different things on it concerning bridge length and adjustments and so forth. I've never felt safer hunting out of a tree. Killed 2 deer out of it this year. It was may first year hunting with this equipment and I haven't used any other saddle style hunting device. I do however have a lot of tree climbing experience. The coustomer service at new tribe is awesome. I spoke with Casey a bunch of times and thanked him for taking a stab at this with the hunter in mind and he is constantly in search of feedback b/c I feel that he truely wants to build the best equipment around.
And all the time and info that Joe and Boswell have provided as a resource had me sold. I had wanted a trophyline for years but by the time I was ready to pull the trigger it was unavailable and I wasn't dropping the cash on a used piece of equipment. It was rediculous what people wanted for them on the AT.
Once I got the hang of this whole method I quickley gained full confidence in my equipment. I can and have done all day sits so the comfort is there for me and I'm hooked for life. The Aero hunter in my opinion is beyond compare.

Love the NTAH. The extra pads are worth the cash. Super comfortable and quiet. Can't say enough good about product. :D

I actually quit using the pads halfway through the season. Also.a.little trick switch your leg stirrups around and take the the little retaineers slides off. The buckles will be on the inside but it will keep your junk from getting mashed. Just wrap the buckles with hockey tape and your golden give it a shot.

If you try to sell the saddle on ebay you can probably get around $300. Just saw a couple go for that within the past couple weeks. I expect that as the aero hunter is out longer the price of the saddles will start to come down though since there is a viable alternative.

The workmanship of the New Tribe Saddles are hands down the best you will find. There is no doubt that they beat the quality of Tree saddle. I started with the tree saddle and I knew saddle hunting was a type of hunting that was over looked. I wanted to try and open peoples eyes to what they were missing. When Trophyline went out of bussiness with out saying anything to anyone, it was a bad deal. When Joe started talking about the Aero, I got FLOODED with PM's about my thoughts. New Tribe was kind enough to send me one to review and use. With the amout of work that New Tribe and Casey specifically has put and decidated to us hunters to fill a niche. To me this shows the true colors of BOTH companies, one that stops all communications with its consumers and one that steps up a dedicates time, effort and material to help hunters.
Tree Saddle has been around for a long time so they had alot of the "bugs" worked out of their product, but they have been along so long they think have have a perfect product. While New Tibe is new to the hunting industry they have been buiding saddles for 30 years, so they are bringing those years of experence into this. The hardest part for New Tribe has been hunting from a saddle is different than tree climbing. We use the saddle differently than they do. This is why they have inlisted the help of us hunters. We are bringing the hunting part of this. That is the best part of having New Tribe work with us. They are a small company with a lot of experence. With this they used hunters like Joe and my self to work with. Joe and my self are very down to earth and listen to what you guys have to say. This is what makes them stand out. The listen to their consumers and adapts.

As for how much to sell your saddle for, thats up to you. They are worth a lot to some, I have a few of them just sitting around.

Thanks,
Boswell
