I currently have a spothogg but recently hunted a blind and couldn’t see anything when it started to get dark. I still had 15 minutes of legal shooting light left and couldn’t see my pin at all.

I’ve tried rheostat lights from other sights but they are hit or miss. Looking into getting the uv3xl scope. Does anyone have any experience with it? I’ve read where the target models could wash out the target with the light in certain circumstances.

I don’t hunt a blind much at all but depending on overhead canopy thickness I would imagine it could make my pin hard to see with current setup.
