I finally got around to assembling my 2 Beast sticks, next run is coming in August per Dan, and wanted to share a couple things I found that helped me. When attaching the bolts for the steps, standoffs and versa button hold the stick with the front face up. The side of the stick with the versa button and steps will be facing up, then with the bottom of the bolt that holds those on pointing down bring your socket up with the nut inside. This was a lot easier than trying to bring the nut down to the bolt.
When inserting the plastic covers on the top and bottom of the stick I found the easiest way was to put the plastic cap on my workbench facing up, put the stick on top of it and hit the opposite end of the stick with a rubber mallet. It was a lot easier than just trying to push the cap in, it would always go in cattywampus.
I also wrapped them in stealth strips and was impressed with that product as well. The tolerances are so tight on the Beast sticks though I wish I had done a little more trimming of the stealth strips to accommodate for the steps and standoffs.
I know this may be obvious to some, but I did not see any of this addressed in the videos I watched about the Beast sticks so I thought I would put it out there.
