Posted a couple of times before I saw this welcome area. Been hunting whitetails from climbers for 20 years. So bulky and heavy but way more flexible than lock ons...which I despise. My hunting buddy mentioned a hunting "saddle" to me recently. Started researching the web and lurking around here and now I'm well on my way to my first set up...next season obviously. Love the concept and seems to be a lot of knowledge around here!

Wow! Add yourself to the saddle hunter map as well.

You definitely need to make SaddlePalooza. You'll gain 2 years of saddle hunter internet education in a weekend!

I'll add myself to the map now. Might have to wait until 2019 on saddlepalooza. Our first child is due 12/28, so taking off to Georgia to hunt for a few days with a 2 month old at home might be off the table at the moment. Thanks for the heads up though.

Welcome to the site!

I have a 2 year old and I'm probably going to never hear the end of it for saddlepalooza :p. Life is good but it makes other things tough!
