Got a trophy line saddle without tether. How’s the best way to fix that trouble?

You can use any rope tether with the trophyline. Just clip the carabiner onto the bridge. The trophyline tether was not the most user friendly thing ever invented.
I use an HSS rope tether with a ropeman1.

Thank you. I was thinking about cutting off the theophylline tether and replacing it with a rope bridge. Not sure that’s a good idea

Just so we are speaking the same language:
Bridge: what connects the left side of the saddle to the right side of the saddle, and what the tether will connect to.
Tether: wraps around the tree and clips into your saddle.

I am not sure how you would replace the existing bridge with a rope bridge on the trophyline. I'm sure somebody on here has done it.

Sorry its the bridge I was talking about. Think I’ll cut off the factory bridge & replace it with a static rope bridge. I’m thinking it will work but like to know if anyone else has done this.

My thoughts....... Depending on which model you have, I would leave the factory bridge because it also aids in tightening the saddle while walking. If you have a model made after 2005 then you should have sewn lineman’s loops on each side of the saddle. If I wanted to use a rope bridge I would attach between those.

I like the stocker bridge on my greens- I wouldn't Change it. If you don't like it, I'd look for a different saddle...

Thanks. Mine has the lineman loops. I’ll do just has you say. I’ve got a 30inch bridge rope made that I could just clip in on the loops . Thanks for the help

I have thought about changing my TL Ambush to use a rope bridge for smother movement thru the caribiner. And add an adjustable clip buckle like on the mantis to the existing waist belt / bridge for walking in.
