Buying hunting rights?

Is it possible to buy hunting rights? Not lease, but outright purchase the rights to forever hunt on a piece of property? I'm thinking this might be like buying mineral rights. Thanks in advance.
 
Never done it but yes in my state it's possible. I know one person that sold land to the state and retained alligator fishing rights. This was in Louisiana each state will have their own laws governing such conveyances.
