Cam cleat rope dimension

Looking at doing a cam cleat mod on my hawk helium stick. Wonder what dimension of rope is the best. Using a harken cleat. Thanks in advance.
 
I just put 6mm on my harken 150. 8mm would probably be a little better. Oplux would be a great option for you.
 
Thanks for the info. New to all this stuff and been doing a lot of reading and find my self getting lost at times.
 
I use Harkin micro on my one-sticks. 1/4” amsteel works just fine. I also have used 7/64” full bury and 1/8”. I think I like the 7/64 the best it’s close with just plain old 1/4”
 
I use 6mm Sterling TRC with my Harken micro cam cleat. According to Harken specs, 6mm is the largest you can use with the micro.
