Castration band ideas/sources

Since I am DIY anal, I am making sticks (more to follow on that) and plan to use a swaider. So my current dilemma is obtaining a castration (or is it constrictor?) band to use on the 1" nylon webbing strap so I can cinch it around my boot. I have never seen one, have no idea what they are made of or what commercial item folks use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you have a co-op near by, they will probably have some. Although I’m sure ordering them would be cheaper
