Hey Guys I am new to saddle hunting this will be my first year in the saddle as opposed to a climber. I recently ordered a set of climbpaws but have no way to check on my status as when they would ship. Has anyone had any luck with ever communicating with this company? I have tried the methods of emailing them and it has met without success. My concern is they charged me the money but I have yet to see anything but a pending order status for over a week now. If anyone can offer any insight on the issue that would be great. Thank you!!

I would recommend trying to call or email from where you ordered them, there must be some contact info

Yeah i have tried to email them twice now with no response. There is no phone number attach to their page. I do know from others that they have purchased these from the site as they are only sold through them directly. If anyone out there has a contact number somehow please let me know? Thank you

I have only heard good things about the company so I would hang in there. I'm sure they are a very small company and it is possible that outside events could be keeping them from getting to you. Good luck!

And welcome to the site! :D

If you don't hear anything from them (and they charged your card), contact your credit card company and notify them of the lack of communication OR try the website design company that put their site together. Ask for their contact number. I noticed the site has been updated with a copyright of 2014.

I personally would never do business with a company that wasn't able to be contacted by phone, email and in writing (Climbpaws has a PO Box and no phone number listed).

Thanks everyone for the insight and I will let you all know how it goes. I am assuming they are just a small company and it may take a little time.

I hope you have received your paws by now!!! However, as a heads up to everyone else, I had the same issues when I ordered mine a few years ago. After a few weeks I gave them a call and they shipped them out. I guess they just custom made them for me ;)

It's just a small operation and seems like they are always a little back ordered.
Definitely wouldn't worry about getting ripped off.

I wouldn't mind so much if they had something posted on the site explaining that and to expect a 2 or 3 week delay before shipment. At least make some kinda effort to reply to a consumer email. In the Long run it could cost the company money.

To me this is unacceptable in modern business. A simple "Hey sorry about the delay" email is too much trouble? Really?

Well...if it makes you feel any better, they couldn't be nicer.
The inventor is an avid saddle hunter as well.
AND I was ordering right at the start of every one's archery seasons.

I have had similar experiences with other small shops.
Cool people making their own stuff and filling their own orders.
You kind of just have to place your order as early as possible (off season is best) and know that they are honest and that you will get your stuff.
Thing is...once you get your order you won't have to contact them again anyway.

They do give you automated responses and order confirmations when you sign up.
And you can log in to see the status of your order.
But it hangs at "processing" for a long time.

It ain't like ordering from Amazon :)
