Hi all,

Sounds funny but could you all help me ID this body part/organ I pulled from a large doe I harvested recently?

I usually keep the offals (heart, liver, kidneys, tongue) but while field dressing I noticed this part I had no idea nor have seen previously.

My wife helped with the dressing and insisted we find out what it is. It was located pretty rearwards, relatively close to her reproductive tract/bladder area? Google search says it's not her ovaries or her uterus?

Thanks in advance for your time

( Hmm couldn't figure out how to attach, so hyperlinked fry Google photos)

I really don't think it's the bladder though? I've accidentally popped bladders in the past, which resembled a water balloon. if this was a bladder it was completely void of urine.

The texture and look reminds of a testicle :p

I don’t really know how you would have gotten it separate from the rest of the reproductive tract, but it looks kind of like a cervix.
