Different carabiners?

Now two things. I know this is careless, worse than standard use, and abuse of the product (which is why I did not seek warranty replacement). I never intended to use it for climbing. But it doesn't inspire confidence in the product.

Well you threw it, As with anything they'll most likely break! Do the same thing to a petzl carabiner in the same exact situation and it will most likely fail too!

Yup, definitely careless and not how I treat equipment that I climb/hunt with. And the biner still closes. That being said, it wasn't that huge of an impact, and I'd expect a little more durability out of the stuff that I'm hanging from.
