When I first experimented with the SitDrag I was wearing a Treehopper Linesmans belt. I was keeping the LB attached until I got used to the SitDrag (didn't have a Harness on) and I realized that the extra support from the LB was nice.

With a rope LB you could run it through your carabiner and adjust until you got a little support from it.

Any one tried this?

I have a small strap that goes around my back for support while I use my LB hunt below my knees for support against the tree. I use a pad on the tree instead of knee pads and with the LB around my knees I can take all the pressure off my feet.

Since going with xop platform and leaning with short hook up, back support and knee pad to a lesser extent are an issue. No back support is needed and I use 1 knee pad and occasionally use it to rest.
